We take your privacy seriously. This document describes what personal data we process and what rights you have.

2. What data we process
Registration data (e-mail, company name), billing data and technical data needed to run the service (IP address, operational logs). Newsletter monitoring processes the messages a user forwards to the monitoring address themselves.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing and improving the service, billing, communication and customer support, security and prevention of misuse.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract, the controller's legitimate interest in securing and developing the service and, in justified cases, the consent of the data subject.
5. Retention period
We keep the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax obligations).
6. Recipients and processors
To provide the service we use trusted providers (hosting and storage, payment gateway, e-mail and analytics tools) who process the data on our behalf under a contract.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. We handle requests at the contact given above.
